| Deposits for bookings |
| For bookings made through our online booking system the full amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card when you book. For booking made by phone, excluding christmas holiday bookings, 35% of the total tariff is to be received within 7 days of making a booking with the balance payable on arrival. For christmas holiday bookings a 50% deposit must be received within 7 days with the balance paid 7 days prior to arrival. |

| Cancellation Policy (excluding Christmas holidays) |
| Cancellations advised 8 days or more prior to the booked arrival date will have the deposit refunded less a $55 cancellation fee. |
| Cancellations advised 7 days or less prior to the booked arrival date will forfeit the 35% deposit. |

| Christmas Holiday Cancellation Policy |
| Cancellations advised 21 days or more prior to the booked arrival date will have the deposit refunded less a $110 cancellation fee |
| Cancellations advised less than 21 days prior to the booked arrival date will forfeit the 50% deposit. |
