| January 2010 | Clean, modern, cared for, spacious 2bdrm apartment. We had level 9 ocean facing apt and the views were fantastic. Location couldn't be better - 3minute walk to town shops, cafes & restaurants & 3mins across the road to main beach & ocean bath. We found the common areas such as pool & BBQ area to be clean & well cared for. We were there in peak time & it wasn't too busy. A wonderful holiday for adults & children. |

| December 2009 | Friends recommended Sevan apartments to us and we were very happy with the location of the apartments, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the outdoor heated pool. The apartment was clean and appliances were modern and easy to use. |

| October 2009 | This was our first stay at Sevan Apartments but it won't be the last. We were surprised by the quality of the furnishings and the kitchen inclusions. If the apartment was ours we would have a problem with letting it out. Comfortable, clean and close to everything. A great place to stay. |

Being in the service industry word of mouth goes very far. My husband and kids had a wonderful stay at Foster. Sevans has everything you need. I would have to give them 10 /10. |

| January 2009 | Units & facilities were lovely and clean, plenty of room great views from the 8th floor. Very reasuring having security parking.Close to everything.Staff very easy going nothing was to much trouble they didnt mind the influx of day visitors over the holidays which made it easy for catching up with relatives.Will return again when possible.

| August 2008 | We had an opportunity to be staying on the eighth floor with a Beach view. This as it turned out, was very very exciting and enjoyable. The kitchen facilities were outstanding and cleaning was a breeze with the Dishwasher. There are many rooms just like being at home, which meant that the two teenage daughters had plenty of space when some quite time was needed. Nothing was boring, because being in the centre of Forster we were within walking distance of many attractions and when we came back to the apartment for some relaxation, there are two TV's both with PAY TV channel's, which meant two people could watch different things. Rest assured that the SEVAN apartments take security very highly and each apartment is allocated an undercover parking space and the grounds can only be accessed with special security keys, giving the kids a secure environment to play in. From the first contact we had with the apartment operators to the last they provided a very kind, supportive and helpful service and when asked if we could swim in the pool they we only too delighted to remove the solar blanket so it could be used. This reflected that who ever or what ever the guests wanted they were only too willing to attend to the guests needs. I believe the price for our stay was very fair, as we had four people staying, for initially four nights, but because of the fantastic service and accommodation we stayed an extra night at a very reasonable rate. Our overall experience meant that we have enjoyed a piece of luxury at a very affordable price and would highly recommend the experience to anybody.
